HDMI (ARC) on UE40MU6400 not connecting

Hi all

My new UE40MU6400 refuses to recognise my Cambridge Audio TV2 (v2) soundbase when I try to connect through HDMI (ARC). During the setup process the setup system detects the Playstation in another HDMI socket but not the soundbase. I've gone through every menu, advanced menu, switched on Anynet+, checked the soundbase is switched to ARC input, all to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi 

I'm having the same problem with a mu6470, ARC connection to pioneer Av has stopped working, optical works but not ideal. 

It used to switch to arc sound when using the apps Amazon Netflix etc now sound from VMedia V6 box remains. A manual switch to TV on the Av amp now works with optical cable. 

I'm on  firmware 1151.
