HDMI arc at times loses sound from Sonos soundbar.

Hi, l have a Samsung 55 inch tv and it loses audio at times from the Sonos soundbar.lt happens a couple times a week.l unplug tv socket and once l replug audio is back through the soundbar.

Do l need to make some kind of adjustment in tv settings?

I had this issue and I found the soundbar went to "sleep" and I had to change the settings in the sound bar. I hope that helps

Hi, Thanks for that. I don't think there are any such settings in Sonos soundbar. I am sure it is a tv issue.

I have the same issues Q7 55 the HDMI receiver stops working and a reset of the connect plus box fixes the issues, did you get a resolve?
