Sometimes the guide on the tv doesn't work. In that case it is not possible to switch between channels or from TV to radio or the other way arround. We do have an internet connection an can switch to YouTube and Netflix and watch it....
How can we solve this?
The tv is a few weeks old.

I find that things should work as advertised ouy of the box and if not it is usally due to a fault with TV. Firstly report it as a fault with your retailer and then contact Samsung support (sometimes they can be helpful). You can send back for replacement or refund within the first 4 weeks if the TV is faulty that is why its best to inform your retailer.
