Can anyone possibly tell me why my tv does this? We just got our tv a few days ago. I noticed that it seems to go away when we pull up the info of what we are watching. It does it to everything we watch. Whether it be a cartoon or reality show. How can I fix this? We have a Samsung Crystal UHD 7 Series.

Hi @M_Patterson, could you try this hardware test, and check if you get the same issue there: Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test. Let me know if the issue shows up here.
