Google assistant

Hi 

My 2021  UE58AU7100kxxu arrived yesterday and I'm trying to setup Google assistant. I do not see the Voice option under Settings - General despite trying to update software.

Also I can't setup tap to view either as option not available for me on smart things.

Samsung support not helping.

Any advice?

Thanks. That doesn't help as I do not have the Voice option on my settings menu.

But haven't been able to find out how to set it up.
Stupid question but the TV is connected to and visible on the network as Smart Things should see it?

There are 2 issues which are getting mixed up because Samsung support doesn't understand its own products

1.  Using my Google speaker to send commands to the TV ie lower volume etc. This is setup and works 

2. Connecting the TV to the Google speaker so I can speak to Google via the TV remote. This is what isn't working. This is usually setup via the TV voice menu option, which doesn't exist on my TV. This functionality is not supported on my model despite Samsung themselves saying every Crystal TV supports it.
