Google Assistant Voice Option Missing

Hi,

I have the latest software version on my 75" 2021 Frame TV, but only have Bixby and Alexa voice options to choose from.

Model: QE75LS03AAUXXU

@jimmycooker: Please can you confirm if you have tried heading to Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant, to see if Google is available as an option?

Yes I have, there are only 2 options, Bixby and Alexa

Have you had any luck? I don't even see bixby nor alexa. It's just blank, and when I select voice, it just sends me right to setting bixby up.

I have the same issue, except that i don't see any options, and when I select voice, it goes directly to configuring Bixby. It says there are no updates.

I have tried the cold reboot, and the factory reset. Nothing works

I have the same issue, but all I have is Google; bixby and alexa gone.

U r lucky. At least u have google assistant. For me nothing 😭
