Game mode off/on black screen PS5

Purchased a Samsung Q90T 75” specifically for gaming. At random intervals the tv randomly flickers black and turns game mode off then on. I’ve tried a whole host of setting changes to see if I can work around the issue but no luck so far. HDMI 2.1 cable is brand new so this is not to blame. This appears to be a software fault dating back to 2019 so why is it not fixed? Any help appreciated. Technician is booked to try ‘repair’ this fault, but failing that il be returning for a refund and jump ship to the LG CX

Its on xbox too. Game mode on ofc on off, i just got a monitor instead, should have returned tv

I use 2.1 8k cable, the game port is just broken dude. The soundbars are broken too

I recently built a gaming PC with a 3090 graphics card with top of the line across all parts. Picked up a Samsung QN900A and was experiencing blackouts. I played around with it and was able to stop the blackouts by cycling game mode off and then back on. Unfortunately I would have to do this each time I used the TV.

I called Samsung support and was told It was likely my PC and not the TV. I was under 30 days so I returned it and got an LG. It works perfectly now.

Genius! That fixed it. Who knew PS5 settings had a fix?

 This fixed it for me by turning off freesync, never had this issue before until now, Hopefully this helps.

Omg... I can't believe this ***** from Samsung. Even new premium models from 2022 still have this issue. The software buggy and Hardware is slow. What kind of fake CPU did you put into European models? They sell low quality products to Europe and advertise like crazy to fool the people! That's what it is. Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY SAMSUNG. So many ***** problems with these TVs...it's insane.

I have the same problem with the QN95A. I am French znd ssung saiy " it's Sony, it's xbox, it's your PC." Lol. And Samsung is is innocent.  It's enough 3000 euros. Itns discusting. Have anyone an solution? Thanks. Hace you answered yours tv youtubers testing?

I’m having this but every 30 seconds with my switch
