Freeview ITV2+1 ITVbe issue

Hi all , I have a 43nu7400 TV and when I put on terrestrial TV ITV2+1 or ITVbe there is no signal received at all bit rate error 2000 but if I put on itv hd or BBC hd or even non hd like yesterday channel they're all getting great signal ! Any ideas ?

Hi @Edgie70 Bit rate error refers to the  the amount of interference and disruption in your reception .  check your aerial is secure but freeview can be problematic at times in some areas and these channels may just not be getting a  good enough signal.  check to see if any problems in your area https://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/problems-freeview-reception/#/Freeview 

However you may just need to disconnect and then scan for channels again . Auto Tune is usually fine but sometimes customers need to do a Manual Tune. See some troubleshooting here https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/reception-picture-and-channels-troubleshooting-guide
