Freestyle battery base problems

Samsung, please look after your customers. 
look at your reviews and failings of the battery pack for the Samsung freestyle. We all want a good working version.
Please consider that everyone who is disappointed with the battery, had already spent £600+ on the freestyle.

I've had 1 since launch and even used it on my gen 2, 0 issues for me it's been handy, life could be longer but still it does for me absolutely spot on.
