Have a One Connect box and Frame TV, worked well until now. We added FREESAT via satelitte dish and the aerial input. At first very impressed. What happens however is that after 20 minutes of watching, Freesat channels disappear, with "no signal" error message. Somehow maybe also related to switching channels.
When looking at self diagnostic, the Freesat signal strength is normally good like 80%+. Then, within a second, when we check AFTER channels have disappeared, it shows 0% - which obviously is wrong. When the box is off for a while, say 30 minutes, and retry, signal shows back up as normal again. We had the dish installer out, it has nothing to do with that, it is literally on/off in signal while we are using/watching.
Looks to me like some overheating, or software bug??
Anyone has seen the same?
