Samsung, your Frame TV looks great, but the software sucks. Your insistence in having your menu launch at open is intrusive and obnoxious. Your Art Mode doesn't really work with an iPhone - which at least 50% of your U.S. customer base uses!!
Whoever your U.S. product manager is should be fired ASAP.
