Hi everyone, each time we turn our 2021 43 frame tv off or on, it reboots two or three times. I can hear the One Connect box rebooting. Realised this relates to art mode as that's when it would normally show.
If we turn the tv with Alexa or by holding the power button the remote, it switches off as normal. With one press however, it would usually go into art mode but is now just black screen and rebooting.
The red light flashes three times twice during this process which I've read could be an error but we've run several health checks and can't find a problem. We've reset everything and still got the issue.
Any ideas?
