Hi I've got a 2019 samsung 55 inch frame tv. I normally leave the tv in standby mode with the red light on. Recently noticed a few times that the red standby light goes off and can't switch tv on from remote. I have to take out the power cable in the samsung one connect box and plug it back in , then tv works fine..is this a problem with one connect box or tv?
Will the any one connect box work with my tv or does it have to be a specific one connect box? The warranty has expired as I bought it from currys around a few years ago. Surely should last more then 2 years ..spent over £1000 on it..☹
