We are returning our Samsung frame TV. I cannot believe we paid nearly $1200 for a TV that cannot perform the main function we purchased it for. The compatibility issues with the iPhone are ridiculous - I cannot load the landscape photos I enjoy taking. This is the reason we got the TV. This has been a complete waste of time and money. Judging from the various posts, this is by no means an isolated issue. We will return this expensive piece of junk and get a $300 Tv with a picture mode.
