Frame TV does not detect Sky Q

I have sky Q mini box connect via HDMI to TV.

Sonos soundbar is connected via. HDMI and this works.  

TV is not recognising the SKY Q box.  Tested on another TV and all works OK.

Is there a setting needing changed to get this up and running?
