TVMy Frame TV - less than a year old - is no longer connecting to wifi. Yes I did everything to reset 3xs, spending 6+ hours with Samsung support personnel. For reasons that elude me, I can't send the box for repair and the on-site repair is insisting that I remove the TV from the wall before they'll come. I don't get it. The TV is effectively a monitor with all the "brains" in the box. Why the big production? After all those hours on with care, a half dozen tries to connect with the repair, I'm no where.
Anyone know if there someplace I can take the box or if there is repair that won't make me remove the TV from the wall?
