Frame TV 43" went black

Bought a new Frame TV last week and after one hour it went black. Could not start it again and now it has been one week at the repair shop with Samsung in Portugal. Never had this issue with a TV before. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this with Samsung Frame TV.

Repair? I would have expected a replacement for a TV that you had an hour.

I have asked for that and am waiting for a reply! Repair time is up to 30 days.

This is my first and last Samsung TV.
