Frame TV 2019 , turns off when going into art mode

It appears to be impossible to do the following 

- enter art mode by tapping power quickly

- using the home menu

- using smart things 

 

all of these cause the TV to shut down

 

also connecting over Bluetooth does the same 

 

and - it’s not possible to preview or use a picture for art mode in smart things 

 

the smart things app can work as a remote and can control the tv

 

is this a known issue , or does it need returning ?

We are having this same issue with a 2019 frame tv

1) your user settings have saved without any art work. Every time you restore your user settings you over write the local art causing the TV to error. Can’t remember how I fixed this but I had to start the tv without restoring my user settings.

2) you need get a usb stick with standard settings from Samsung to restore local art which you then need to avoid being deleted by your empty user settings.

Hi... We have always had issues trying to use Art Mode from the Smart Things App, we are unable to load and display photos.

Model LS03 Series - QE49LS03R

2021 55" Frame TV still has similar issues. TV powers off after 1 minute in art mode. It seems these features need an overhaul as its extremely buggy.

Hey I would really like this update. Called supper and they said 1401.0 was the latest - how do I get the usb?? Thanks so much in advance for your help. Seems like the ability for an apple

tv (or gaming system) to be turned off and go to art mode easily

  • Thanks Danny my TV is the 75 inch Qled I do all my updates and haven't experienced this but I did experience a problem with my TV but I forget what it was ,had to contact Samsung support took ages to finally get it to work,it was a issue with a update as well
