I have a 2020 Frame 75, I keep trying to upload photos to be used in My Collection in Art Mode and I get one failure after another without explanation as to why. Some photos work on the first try, some on the second try, some never at all. This is very irritating, I have been testing and trying things for a couple weeks and I can't resolve the issue.
Why are these uploads failing?
Is there another way more reliable method of uploading photos to the TV other than using the mobile app, perhaps a desktop interface of the ability to plug in a USB drive?
