Hi I have a 2020 55" The Frame. This is a brilliant TV and excellent and causing frustration and endless wasting of time.
The 4 GB of memory is full, I have no user download apps or user uploaded photos.
The memory is full of remnants of Artwork I have looked at from the store or from the Ambient screensavers tested.
I am subscribed to pay a set amount monthly for access to "Endless" pieces of art but once you have looked at 100 pieces the TV is full up.
Samsung solution, delete apps ! I have none to delete they force me to host Apple stuff that is undeleteable.
Samsung solution 2, factory reset, this works untill you have looked at 100 pieces of art (70 if you have played with Ambient)and then it is full again.
