I just mounted the brand new frame 2022 55" tv to my bedroom wall and ran the cables behind wall into cabinet below (housing one connect box).
Art mode is not working. I can access the "Art" tab on the left side and see the different options, but when i press set to frame, or preview, it turns black and then loads back into the home screen.
Everything i've read online doesn't seem to help--reset box, holding power 20 seconds etc.
The main reason i purchased this tv for bedroom is for the artwork while not using tv.
PLEASE HELP!
