We bought a 55in Frame in November 2021. August 2023 the television stopped working. Just about a year and a half of use. Not extensive television viewers, normal family use. The problem is that I was quoted 200 for a service tech to come by and "diagnose" the issue. I would understand this were maybe 5 years in but a bit over a year and I have an empty black square on the wall. I do feel the price for a diagnostic should be in line with how long we have been out of warranty. 1 year and 9 months for the useful life of an appliance feels like you have been robbed. We have other devices which are still fully functional and significantly older.
