Does anyone else have the same experience with any of the interchangeable bezels on any size 2021 Frame model? It is an irritating cosmetic / appearance problem, not at all technical. But at £89 I expect a perfect fit. Image uploaded below to show the annoying appearance. The image is the first bezel supplied, the second one is only slightly better.
The UK high street retailer we bought from has sent us a replacement bezel, which when carefully fitted (following the instructions both times) has the exact same problem / fault.
The top right hand corner angle does not snuggly fit at all well. The right vertical and the top horizontal are not a tight snug fitting joint. Very frustrating.
If anyone can send me an email address or phone number for Samsung UK Support / Customer Care I will seek their help next. Thanks.
