Hey @BMO99! The latest software version of your soundbar is 2.0. You can find a step by step guide on how to update it here.

Hi Carol,
thanks for response, however I'm unable to resolve issue with your recommendation fix. Smart things app does not appear to recognise my Samsung telly or soundbar.
Are there anyway to install firmware updates via USB?
