Filmmaker Mode for The Frame 2021

Hi guys, I'm new here. I just bought a Samsung The Frame 50" 2021 and I cannot enable the filmmaker mode. Any tips?

@jules6661: Filmmaker Mode should be accessible by heading to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > FILMMAKER MODE.

Hi! Thanks for the answer... it says "option not available".... you cannot select it.

You have to switch off the option that lets the picture adapt automatically to the lightning conditions first. I think.....
