Faulty Tv Samsung QLed screan

Hello,  

On 18.06.20 I bought Samsung

QE55

Q90RA TXXU in Currys Pc World . When I clean stain on  screen  with microfiber cloth  with a little water its happens like you see on the pictures. I think its fabric damaged. Couldn't be like this after clean. Many times I cleaned before and was OK.  Currys said that this is my fault,I am damaged but I am not agree with this.  I am very happy with Samsung products. I have albo Standard Guarantee until June 20, and Care and Repair until 2025.

Can You help me,please with this what I should do ??

Get straight in touch with Curry's and they should take a look.

Looks like the coating of the screen is being taken away which is usually caused by harsh cleaning chemicals, not water.

Water alone would not do that and you'd have to rub really hard if it was just water to achieve that level of damage. Did someone use the same cloth to clean something else with a cleaning solution and not wash it before putting it back where you got it from? Or maybe they cleaned the TV with something without your knowledge
