Factory reset, now no space

So. Ive had to factory rest the Samsung TV, now it won't let me reload the apps as it says I have no space. However before I factory reset i had the apps downloaded . Would I need to reset again?

Yes I would just try it again and go from there

Hi @Lucy192 , you could  try a Factory Reset. However if storage issues remain  would be advisable to try a Flash Reset as that has helped customers in the past with lack of storage space.

Follow these steps:

under the Samsung logo on the TV you have a small black button about 2-3cm in from the bottom edge. With the tv turned on

1. press the button at the logo for 5-10 seconds

2. Release the button

3. press the button on the TV Remote for 5-10 seconds. Tv  should go  black and then restart after a while.
