Factory Reset Impossible

I have a QLED 8K QE65Q950R tv, I need to carry out a factory reset, but unable to do so! The TV will no longer except the PIN code [0000 or 1111]  I have tried to do a manual reset by disconnecting the power supply and pressing the manual standby switch under the TV and then reconnecting the power supply and holding down the manual power switch for 15 seconds. This does not work either! Please, please can you help in this matter??
