I’ve got a Facebook portal connected to my QE55Q90 tv.
I can connect to my fb contacts if I initiate a call but if it is incoming then the tv doesn’t recognise that the portal is connected to the hdmi port even with a manual search. If I reboot the portal, the connection will reestablish itself and everything works fine - at least until the next incoming call.
The portal itself has been replaced with a new unit as has the hdmi cable but the problem is still there.
Can anyone help me get it working.
