Hi, I am really really sorry. This is my fault. When you first said to check the subtitles on Amazon Prime, I said I couldn't find them.
I looked in the settings of my account - nothing.
I looked at the menu option on the movie (the 3 dots) - nothing.
It was right there in front of me! A dialogue box on the movie screen (see pic attached) 🙈 The image is showing black as Prime don't allow you to take a screenshot of the movie when it's playing.
So sorry for taking up your time. When I pressed the dialogue box, the subtitles were off 🙄😂
Really really appreciate.your help, if I checked the app properly as you said, it would have been resolved.
