I have a samsung smart tv from maybe 3 or 4 years ago and I apparently have filled up the internal memory for apps. I was wondering how to get my external hard drive to work for downloading more apps. I have a Seagate 1tb external hard drive but it won't ever register as such in my tv.
Is it a 7 series ? Mine can't even update its software as no space asks me to delete apps to make space , but non of the apps can be deleted , Samsung refuse to admit it doesn't have enough memory
Maybe try reformatting the Seagate hard drive, but first ensure you move any files on the drive to a safe location, before doing so. Hope this helps! 😊
I'm not sure the series, it may be 7 series. But that's exactly the way mine acts, everytime you go to do anything, it wants you to delete apps to make room and it won't even let you delete any apps.
