Hello

 

Recently purchased an ex display Samsung TV.  Switched it on and it's stuck on hdmi 2 won't allow to change to anything else and on hdmi 2 it's just stuck on updating TV software and then just stays on that. Any ideas on how to get it working or do a factory reset as can't even go onto menu? It's the Samsung just

Where did you buy your TV?

I recommend contacting the retailer about this as the TV may be in retail mode.
