error on tv plus

when tryin to access tv plus on my tv have it on rifftrax and the screen comes up saying there was an error trying to acesss the tv plus channel. could it be that tv plus or rifftrax is just down?

This service is partnered with 3rd party content providers (Pluto TV, etc.). When channels do not appear, it is usually an issue with the content providers system/servers being down. Samsung then sends reports to these partners for a resolution. The estimated resolution time for this is unfortunately unknown.
