Error code 30 Samsung 55 Inch UE55AU7100 Smart 4K Crystal UHD HDR TV

Error code 30 appears on my 84 year old mothers tv (Samsung 55 Inch UE55AU7100 Smart 4K Crystal UHD HDR TV)  but she doesn’t have broadband.  She has Sky tv and freeview  only. Can anyone advise how to stop this from happening please?

As it could be a number of issues. Possible signal problems is one of the causes.
