تلویزیون سامسونگ کریستال 8500 من ارور 2014506-1 می دهد هر کاری که در اینترنت سرچ انجام دادم. من یک ریست فکتوری انجام دادم و هاب هوشمند را ریست کردم اما دوباره مشکل پابرجاست. همچنین منوی حساب سامسونگ کم نور و غیرفعال است. لطفا کمکم کنید الان دو ماه با همین مشکل دست و پنجه نرم می کنم.

با VPN هم تست کردم. من مدل را با usb ارتقا دادم.

As you've posted on the Samsung UK Community page, I've posted below a transcript in English of your post:

"My Samsung Crystal 8500 TV gives error 2014506-1 every time I search on the internet. I did a factory reset and reset the smart hub but the problem is still there. Also, the Samsung account menu is dimmed and disabled. Please help me, I have been struggling with this problem for two months now.

I also tested with VPN. I upgraded the model with usb".

Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

با تشکر برای پاسخ شما. من آن را از Türkiye خریدم اما در ایران زندگی می کنم. در ایران خدمات سامسونگ تنها برای مدل هایی است که در ایران مونتاژ شدند. به من گفتند که برای سرویس و پشتیبانی متاسفند

Have you tried re-setting the TV, through the menu settings? The option should be in Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. You may be asked for a PIN code, which is usually set by default to 0000.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have tried all possible ways. Factory reset, smart hub reset, USB update, I even logged in with Turkish IP virtual server, but all attempts were unsuccessful.

Whilst this error  number has often been sorted by resetting other ideas are rebooting router and possibly change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)

However know one of our Members in the past required an engineer  visit to sort it out.  specialised support s obviously only available from your own region.
