Error 107 smart TV Samsung

Good afternoon, could you help me,
 I've tried everything and I can't solve it. 
My Samsung TV in the first 2 days turned on the network, and now it can't connect to a Wi-Fi network,
 it has error code 107. I've already restored the network and everything and it doesn't work the same.

Hi @Members_tqzGOsz  Error code 107 indicates a problem with the internet connection.  Firstly can you check that your Tv has the latest firmware.  You have not mentioned the model but the latest update can be found on Samsung support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/  If do not have the latest one can be downloaded and updated via USB.

Should this not solve the issue other ideas are , switching off Tv for a minute, factory reset  and rebooting router. Another possible solution is to change the DNS settings.   Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   Change from Automatic to   to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)

I’m having the same issue. Lastly I rebooted my router and it’s still not connecting.
