Embedded subtiles not working on Samsung TV UN65RU7100KXZL

Hi, im sad to realized after buying this samsung tv model UN65RU7100KXZL, the embedded subtitles on mp4 videos dont work, you cant even convert the video directly to mkv, you will have to redownload the video and the subtiles and merge to mkv in order to work properly,  something pretty stupid since i have like near 4000 videos on my Pc and a cant watch them on this TV. So the only way arround this seems to be to switch to an LG TV., where everything works just fine.

hi, no resolution to your issue? I am having this same problem! goodness. for a smart tv this pricy, you'd expect it to work seamlessly especially with embedded subtiles.
