I have a qn900b connected to a Denon receiver. Recently my tv lost the ability to connect to receiver (hdmi-earc). It now connects to receiver (optical) losing Dolby atmos without the option for earc. I can’t get streaming audio back to the receiver. I have another tv that the receiver connects to flawlessly. I have tried new hdmi cables, unplugging and replugging hdmi cables, turning off unplugging the tv and receiver. I have factory reset the tv and receiver. Nothing works. Please help…
