As is known by now, eARC only works with the 1392.0 firmware if you have installed the 1387.1.

But if for some reason you switch off the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) function in the 1392.0 (which also happens with a factory reset, or if you update from a previous firmware), then after switching on the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) function again, you will only be offered ARC.

In the German forum there are at least four users with the same error.
