I have a 55 inch Q8fn that frequently tells me it’s not connected to the internet when it clearly is. Here’s a video I took last night demonstrating the issue
it’s been doing this off and on for as long as I can remember. Restarting the tv will temporarily fix the problem, however I had to restart my tv a dozen times yesterday and I’m worried that will eventually break the tv. I have preformed multiple factory resets, reinstalled smart hub, did the thing with the 8’s… tech support insists this is an issue unique to my tv and they want me to pay someone to check it out. They won’t look over the comments here and they won’t look at the video I made showing the issue. They’re telling me it’s most likely a broken component in the tv causing my tv to sometimes think it’s not connected to the internet. I have a basic understanding of how things work so I know that’s not the case… I just don’t understand why I can’t get a straight answer out of anyone as to why they’re being such ***** about this problem
