After spending 9 hours with technicians and on support, my television no longer worked with Xfinity!?
I used to love samsung but now I can only say they are TERRIBLE, customer service takes HOURS, no one can get past basic troubleshooting, the products do not work as advertised

That's not what we like to hear. What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
Could you also tell us the problem you're having with the app?
