Dongle

Hi all and good evening, 

I have a hitachi smart tv , does any one know the name of the dongle I need to connect to a router. I've tried to Google it and not really got anywhere. Thankyou

There seem to be specific dongles for different TVs. A run of the mill wifi dongle won't work. You need the TV model to be used in any Google search or speak to Hitachi customer services to find the dongle you need.

Yes, I've emailed customer support at argos who sell them and I'm awaiting for a reply.
It seems silly why different companies use specific devices.
