I ordered a Samsung TV in 30 of November and I didn't receive it so I just cancelled the order...Samsung you just lost 1 costumer ,maybe it's not a big deal for you but that's not how you guys treat a loyal costumer .Costumer service it's rubbish!!!VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!

is it something to do with the Panther lot - I'm expecting my delivery today, its already going to 3+ hours late. It is Pre-Christmas time I suppose.
