Does the Samsung GQ43QN90A 120Hz@4K ?

Hi, i would like to buy the 43" QLED TV Samsung GQ43QN90A: but i am not sure if it supports 120Hz@4K? because samsung says 50Hz panel, and on different stores i read also 50/60Hz Panel, but it still has HDMI 2.1?

or does only the QE43QN90A support the 120Hz? and the other differences between those 2 is the HD+-Komfort and the USB-Recording abbilities, aint it? or am i missing sth?
