Flickering / Dimming Issue on Top Half of TV
Hopefully one of you has seen this happen before or know what the cause is, because it’s driving me nuts. The top half of my screen will flicker/dim randomly when playing certain content. It is a brand new television, straight out of the box less than a month ago.
The majority of the time this seems to happen when playing 4K or HDR content, and happens both during the day and at night when room is completely dark. Made sure TV is on latest software version. Have powercycled one connect box and reseated cable connection.
I’ve tried turning Ambient Light Detection off as well as Power Saving Mode, Intelligent Mode off, nothing has worked so far. (I go back and watch the same 4K content to test for any changes)
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Pretty pissed to say the least.
