Hi I'm new to writing on Samsung members, so don't know if I'm in the right place for advice. I'm currently paying for disneyplus but having trouble setting up the free offer off Samsung. I spoke to disneyplus yesterday they are saying I have to delete my current account in order to take up the Samsung offer, is this the case? It seems like a whole load of messing about. Any help would be glady appreciated thank you

I had to cancel my subscription through my Disney account then activated the free trial. I didn't have to delete my account.

I tried cancelling my subscription but since I paid for an annual one it doesn't expire until March 2023, so I can't use the free offer - My offer has to be redeemed before 14.10.22...useless

I can't redeem the offer. Keeps taking me back to sign in page and can't seem to find anyone to contact about this
