Hi all so I have model UE40H7000 and I've tried doing a reset and I still can't get the Disney+ app to come up, does anyone know if it's available on this model. Unfortunately I can't contact Samsung because their recorded message says because of Covid 19 no one is available. Trying to keep the household entertained and thought this would be a good channel, but no good if I can't get it on the tv. Thx Debs

Hi @DebsBro. Disney+ isn't available for this model (it's only available for the K, M, N R and T ranges of Samsung TV's. If you have a console, it's available for them (or any other device that enables streaming services).

It's down to the app developers to decide which ones are available for the TV, so in this case, it's Disney.
