Disney plus on T32E390SX

Hello and thanks in advance for any help - I am not great with technology! 

I have just bought a Samsung Smart TV model name T32E390SX. When searching the App Store I don’t seem to be able to download the Disney plus app. Is it not compatible with this TV? If not, can anyone recommend which is the best app to cast/mirror the app from my phone onto the TV screen please?

I do have the same problem. These days Samsung support not available via chat and calls as well.

When the OS is not compatible with general applications which other platforms support, its of no use to waste money to buy Samsung products and that too the latest model T32E390SX
