Disney Plus error - Device Init Failure - 1014

Hello,

I want to use Disney+ on my Samsung Curved Smart TV. I install it through Store. But when executing I get error 1014: Device Init Failure.

How can I solve this??

Hey @HaroldH, can you share what is the model number and software version your TV is running on? These can be found on the TV from Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
