I had never gotten ads before but suddenly these ads for Disney+ has started appearing in the menu bar. I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck disabling these?
I've tried the DNS solution from here and made sure the privacy settings are disabled as suggested in this thread.
Anyone had any luck?
EDIT: Looking closer at the logs I can see that the TV connecting to two new domains not previously blocked:
tvx.adgrx.com
d37ju0xanoz6gh.cloudfront.net
They're not called once or twice but 60+ times just today with the TV being on for about 1 hour. My limited testing says that blocking these domains seem to have successfully blocked the Disney+ ads in the menu bar.
As many others before me have said: This was my first and last Samsung TV, because of the ads.
